Margaret Sullivan is a world traveling parent and the author of Following the Sun: Tales (and Fails) From a Year Around the World With Our Kids. She chronicled the year she and her husband quit their jobs, gave up their New York City apartment, and traveled for a year to twenty-nine countries spanning six continents with their two children (ages four and six) and nothing more than carry-on bags.
